As an immigrant (Ireland, 1978), I identify with the passion people feel for home ownership and I appreciate the enriching investment real estate can be - so I take serious pleasure in helping people find a good home and a smart investment.

For the past 12 years I have focused on residential and income properties in and around Brighton - helping sellers sell and buyers buy - I know the neighborhoods inside-out and the business upside-down.

My most-valued real estate asset is my reputation - my philosophy is One good deed at a time. I try to help low-profile local causes, and have pledged to give 5% of each commission to Brighton families in need.

On a personal note, I'm married, with a daughter at UMass, Amherst (majoring in shopping!). I'm a very keen (fatally flawed) golfer who enjoys the odd pint of Guinness - but prefers the buzz of the real estate biz!
